सभी परीक्षार्थी (Non-Exempted & Exempted) अपने रोल नंबर एवं जन्म तिथि की मदद से PAT-2023 की परीक्षा का प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते है। परीक्षार्थी अपना रोल नंबर नीचे दी गई लिस्ट से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
सभी परीक्षार्थियों को पहचान के लिए अपना पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड/ पैन कार्ड/ ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस/ मतदाता पहचान पत्र) की मूल प्रति प्रवेश पत्र के साथ लाना अनिवार्य है।
जिन परीक्षार्थियों के प्रवेश पत्र में फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर नहीं है वैसे परीक्षार्थी संबंधित परीक्षा केंद्र पर निर्धारित समय से एक घंटे पहले दो पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो के साथ अवश्य पहुंचे।

It is to be noted that several PAT-2023 applicants have submitted incomplete forms; they must finish their submissions before 10 March 2025. (Applicant list can be viewed below).
Kindly login to the UMS portal link: http://jpv.bihar-ums.com/login/phdLogin using the following credentials:
- Login ID: Application Number
- Password: The last 4 digits of your Aadhar Number / Mobile No. Last 4 digit (whose Aadhar is missing).
Once logged in, please refer to the Remarks section in the total applicant list (list attached below). Based on the remarks, fill in the required details and complete your form submission. Additionally, ensure that you upload all required documents, including:
- The old payment slip.
- Aadhar Card.
- PG Marksheet.
- Photo and Signature.
- The exemption certificate (if applicable).
