JAYPRAKASH STUDY CENTRE

The Jayprakash Study Centre, Jai Prakash University, Chapra, is a dedicated academic and research hub committed to the ideals of Loknayak Jayprakash Narayan. Our aim is to keep his principles of social justice, democracy, and Total Revolution alive through academic programmes, research, and community initiatives. The centre strives to inspire students, researchers, and society to work towards a just and inclusive world.

Aim of Jaypraksh Study Centre :

The primary aim of the Jay Prakash Study Centre is to propagate the values and ideas championed by Loknayak Jay Prakash Narayan, including social equality, democratic governance, and non-violent revolution, through academic and societal initiatives. The centre seeks to:

1. Academic Excellence: Inspire students and researchers through courses, seminars, and workshops based on Jay Prakash Narayan’s philosophy and ideas.

2. Social Awareness: Raise awareness in society about social justice, equality, and democratic values.

3. Research and Innovation: Promote innovative research by connecting Jay Prakash Narayan’s ideas to contemporary social, political, and economic issues.

4. Community Development: Collaborate with local communities to implement initiatives for social development and empowerment.

Objectives of Jaypraksh Study Centre:

The specific objectives of the Jaypraksh Study Centre are:

1. Academic Programmes: Launch courses, diplomas, and certificate programmes focused on Jay Prakash Narayan’s life, movements (such as Total Revolution), and socio-political ideas.

2. Research and Publications: Publish research papers, books, and journals on Jay Prakash Narayan’s philosophy, socialism, and democratic movements.
