The T&P Cell functions as a crucial conduit between students and companies, facilitating a smooth transition for graduates from academia to professional positions.

The TPC endeavors to substantiate the career dreams of students by providing them industry-relevant skills and cultivating strategic alliances with enterprises. Its objective is to serve as a catalyst for employability, developing professionals who promote innovation and leadership across several industries.

 

Key Responsibility:

1. To improve the career interest of students as well as align their strengths with job goals through personalized mentorship.  

2. To collaborate with companies and institutions that offer hands-on experience through summer internships and projects. 

3. To organize workshops, seminars, and symposia for creating job-oriented skills and awareness for university students.

4. To design training programs according to industry requirements, such as providing placement training to students with sessions on Resume / CV writing, conducting mock interviews, aptitude tests, and group discussions.

5. To invite experts from corporate organizations for interactive sessions, lectures on soft skills, and for development of technical expertise.

6. To circulate the job opportunities-related information in the concerned departments and colleges.

7. To host job fairs / career-related fairs for students in the University premises.
