About
In compliance with the directives established by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Jai Prakash University has established an Internal Complaint Cell (ICC) to resolve issues about sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination on campus.
The ICC functions as a system to guarantee a secure and inclusive atmosphere for all students, faculty, and staff. The committee will consider all issues pertaining to sexual harassment as stipulated in the UGC Act 2013 and UGC Regulations 2015.
Key Functions of ICC:

Address complaints of sexual harassment and gender discrimination.

Conduct inquiries into complaints while maintaining confidentiality.

Ensure a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual misconduct.
